AudAbility is program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their Care Partners. Every research-based music therapy intervention is designed to target symptoms of Parkinson’s such as speech, motor control, cognitive functioning, fatigue, and anxiety. This protocol was developed by a Board-Certified Music Therapist and aims to improve quality of life through music.
This AudAbility Home Practice was created for current and former participants of AudAbility Voice. These vocal exercises and physical warm-ups will help you improve or maintain your breathing, speaking and communication, and motor skills to counteract the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
